At its beginning, Red Orange Weddings was highlighted in an article in Richmond Bride. "When Susie Fife created a red-and-orange logo with her and her husband's initials for her wedding, she didn't know that a year later she would be creating logos for other brides. 'People saw my logo and asked about it,' she recalls. 'I decided to incorporate it into my graphic business.'

Fife, the owner of Red Orange Design, LLC, tries to integrate a special element into each design. 'One couple married at a local vineyard so I used a grapevine in the design,' she recalls, adding that most logos incorporate the couple's initials.

Each of the logos is custom made. 'I provide the couple with a CD of different types of files,' Fife says. 'The logo can be engraved or embroidered onto items. You can use it on letterhead or envelopes and you can use it on your website. It's something you can use for the rest of your marriage.'"
