CAN YOU WORK LONG DISTANCE?
We can easily accommodate long-distance orders. A phone consultation is just as effective as a visit. You can even order a swatch book of our most popular colors for $15.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
Our design process usually takes 2-4 weeks and printing/assembly usually takes 1 week. We can do rush orders for an extra fee. Allow extra time for shipping if applicable.
CAN YOU MATCH INK COLORS?
We can easily match any color you want! Send us a swatch and we will find a corresponding digital ink color.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
We ask for a 50% nonrefundable deposit before we begin design. Final payment is required upon delivery of your package. We accept credit cards. Just email laura@redorangedesign.com to receive a paypal link.
PROOFING?
Please proofread carefully. The approved final round is exactly what is sent for formal printing. It is up to you to make sure all information is exactly as you want it! |
