The work of the East End Partnership with Families has been supported by three departments of the VCU College of Humanities and Sciences including Grace E. Harris Leadership Institute, School of Government and Public Affairs and the Survey and Evaluation Research Laboratory (SERL).
Purpose
VCU College of Humanities and Sciences provide facilitation, evaluation, and administrative support to the partnership.
Support Services
- Work with partnership to prioritize activities through data assessment, bi-monthly meeting facilitation, and development and scheduling of retreats
- Work with partnership to develop strategic funding plan by identifying funding resources, relationship development, and grant writing assistance.
- Implement and update communications plan and strategy
- Coordinate activities with funders and other stakeholders such as site visits, conferences, and related events
- Manage Client Tracking System, a web-based client service monitoring/evaluation system
- Development of partnership program curricula and related materials for implementation
- Evaluate partnership programs via data collection, analysis, and report generation
